Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
By placing an order you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms and conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove, without notice, any information on this site as necessary.

We aim to deliver the best possible customer experience and we therefore adhere to current legislation in addition to trade body guidelines. The conditions detailed below do not affect your statutory rights. These include all of the current guidelines relating to the information that we hold about you and, in order to clarify this, we have a published Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to contact you in relation to reviews for our products and services. If you elect to submit a review, we will not share your data with any third party
Methods of Payment
Payments can be made via the Internationally recognised Paypal platform or the Stripe platform who accepts all the major cards, please see Paypal’s website and Stripe’s website for their terms and conditions.
Payment must be made prior to delivery. The total cost of your order is the price of the product(s) plus delivery charges.
We cannot accept responsibility for an order being held back as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given.
In the unlikely event that your payment card is used fraudulently to make a purchase with Primo Coffee and Tea Ltd you, the consumer, are entitled to cancel the said payment(s). If payment has already been made, you, the customer, are entitled, in accordance with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulation (2000), to a re-credit or to have all sums returned to you by the card issuer.
Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within two to five working days. During peak mail order periods (for instance, Christmas season), this timeframe may be extended slightly, although every effort will be made to despatch your order as soon as possible.
Primo Coffee and Tea Ltd’s online shop can only accept orders from within the United Kingdom, with a valid postcode. If you are outside the UK, please contact us to discuss your specific order and delivery requirements. We use Royal Mail Standard delivery, Tendring Express Services Ltd. and APC Overnight Services for all our deliveries depending on location.
Please note that due to bio-terrorism legislation introduced in the United States of America following September 11, it is no longer commercially viable for us to ship mail order coffees to this country. Please accept our apologies.
Where goods are unavailable, or out of stock, Primo Coffee and Tea Ltd will advise customers appropriately through the online shop.
Upto 2kilo you have a choice of Royal Mail Standard Delivery at £2.99 or APC Overnight at £5.50. All orders over £30 are delivered free of charge.
Cancelling your Order Prior to Delivery
You may cancel your order at any time up to the time prior to your item being dispatched by telephone 07552 648448 (09.30 – 1800 Monday to Friday). After you have received the goods please refer to our Returns Policy below:
Refund and Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return the unopened goods for a full refund. Should you cancel, we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods – delivery charges cannot be refunded. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email to contact@primo-coffee.co.uk or phone 07552 648448. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. We ask that the goods are returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.
Claims
Primo Coffee and Tea Ltd aim to deliver all products in perfect condition and exactly as the customer would wish to receive them. In order to ensure that this policy is maintained, claims of damaged or non-delivered goods should be made to Primo Coffee and Tea Ltd within 24 hours of receipt, Primo Coffee and Tea Ltd will be happy to provide substitute items, full collection and reimbursement, full credit or replacement.
Pricing
Prices are charged according to those published on the site on the day of purchase. Primo Coffee and Tea Ltd reserves the right to alter prices to reflect changes in material costs.
As our Coffee and tea products are food items, they are not VAT-chargeable.
Payment by cheque
We cannot accept payments made by cheque.

If you wish to register a complaint or comment please use the details found within the contact us section. You may do so either by phone, email or post. We will deal with your query as soon as possible.
Legal Statement
Every care has been taken to describe items as accurately as possible; however slight variations may occur due to the production of some of the goods.
Prices are subject to alteration and changes in VAT without notice. Should a product not be available we will contact you to discuss an alternative product.
This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your Statutory Rights. Errors and omissions excepted.
Use of this Website from outside the UK
Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this website are directed solely at those who access this website from the United Kingdom mainland, Europe, USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Australia or New Zealand. Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if, and to the extent, local laws are applicable.
At this point the contract for our sale and your purchase of the goods shall be made and the contract shall be formed at the place from which our acceptance email is sent to you.
